Perfect vacation hotel, outstanding views of the lake. Beautiful location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Chinmaya Pradeep. Nice food in the lakeside restaurant in the vicinity.

the staff was consistently courteous and fairly friendly with advice and suggestions. there were central heating, an iron, and a coffee/tea maker in the room, appreciated that.

Everything was okay

I had a really comfortable stay here for a business trip, the location was beautiful being close to Powai, JVLR, Vikhroli business area, and a lake in the middle of the city.

The phone number in the booking confirmation email was not reachable on 22 Nov 2015. The phone number I got from Google was transferred to other number which no body ever picked up. I only got the right answer when I called 3rd time.

The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had a great view, while the gym and treadmills were conveniently located, and there was on-site parking available.

Swimming pool, fitness center, environment

Too expensive, both rooms and restaurant.. Internet failed for more than a full day, and you can easily expect more than a 50€ percperson bill at any of its restayrants.. Ridiculous.. They really take advantage of you!!!

South Indian Breakfast was poor

The staff was consistently courteous. The pool area was good. Our room was neat and contemporary with a double bed and beautiful view. Stunning and lovely location right next to the café. Everything was excellent.

Excellence is my summary

We enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was nicely decorated and relaxing. Incredibly nice staff, couldn't ask for more. They helped us get a shuttle to the airport. It was based in very nicely decorated building in a lovely location, on the Cashbery event.
